The Art and Annoyance of Distraction

So, I intended to right in great righteous indignation about the affrontages of the those "Flea Baggers" - Occupy Wall Street protestors. However, as so often happens, I got distracted.

First, I went to blogger.com and had to read a few of my favorite bloggers. One lady (not at all Christian or anything like religious) goes on complaining that her mother's insurance company won't pay for assisted living. My dear woman, that's why God created families!!!! Shame on you for not taking care of your own mother!!!! But in her favour of her blog, she does write beautifully about flowers, and chickens and her love for her grandchildren. And her undying love for her husband of her youth, which is a rare and beautiful thing in this throw away world.

Then I laughed my way through several weeks of a blog on teaching kindergarten.

Then, I thought I really should got started on my blog, so I tried to log in. Only to find out that I no idea what my password was. And DH is asleep, so no help there......... I took nearly 20 minutes for ME to figure out the process for reissuing me a password. After all that, I completely lost my vim, verve and excitement for writing about wackos in New York.

Also, I was hungry. So had to eat, which meant remembering to take my morning medications.

So, instead of impassioned plea for rational minds to prevail, not to mention the hideousness and deplorable conditions and health hazards these defecating denizens, the urinating inhabitants of the new third world country they've created, you have been dosed with a monograph on distraction. (And yes, I LOVE my thesaurus! ; > )

until next time, unless I get distracted......
